Price comparison alone doesn't tell you much
Two clinics can quote the same price for "All-on-4" and mean genuinely different things — different implant brands, different warranty terms, different levels of digital planning. The questions below get past the headline number to what you're actually paying for.
1. Which specific implant or material brand do you use?
Genuine Straumann, Nobel Biocare, or similar established brands have a traceable manufacturing history and long-term clinical data behind them. A clinic should be able to tell you the exact brand without hesitation — vague answers here are worth noting.
2. Is the warranty written, and what exactly does it cover?
"Lifetime warranty" should specify what's included — implant failure, material fracture, workmanship — and for how long. Ask to see the actual wording before you travel, not just hear it verbally.
3. Who does the case planning, and is it based on my own scans?
Your treatment plan should be built from your own 3D scans and photos, reviewed by the dentist who will actually treat you — not a generic package assigned before your case has been properly assessed.
4. What happens if something needs attention after I go home?
A clinic confident in its own work should have a clear, specific answer about remote check-ins and what the process looks like if an in-person follow-up is genuinely needed.
5. Is the clinic officially authorised for international patients?
In Turkey specifically, clinics treating international patients should hold a valid International Health Tourism Authorization from the Ministry of Health — this is checkable, not just a claim to take at face value.
6. What's actually included in the quoted price?
Ask specifically whether the quote includes the consultation, all scans and X-rays, temporary restorations, and follow-up visits, or whether any of these are billed separately later.
