Full-arch implants

All-on-4, All-on-5 & All-on-6

A full fixed arch supported by just four implants, in one visit.

Overview

All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed, non-removable bridge supported by only four strategically placed implants. Two are placed straight and two are angled toward the back of the jaw, using available bone without the need for a bone graft in most cases.

Because the implants are placed at an angle and the whole arch is engineered as one unit, the case is often completed with a temporary fixed bridge on the same day as surgery.

Implants placed as part of your All-on-4 treatment are covered by our lifetime warranty.

Comparing All-on-4, All-on-5 and All-on-6

All-on-4

A full fixed arch supported by just four implants, in one visit.

All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed, non-removable bridge supported by only four strategically placed implants. Two are placed straight and two are angled toward the back of the jaw, using available bone without the need for a bone graft in most cases.

All-on-5

A full fixed arch on five implants, adding extra support for a stronger long-term result.

All-on-5 follows the same principle as All-on-4 — a full arch of fixed teeth on a small number of implants — but adds a fifth implant for extra distribution of biting force. This is often recommended when your bone density or bite pattern would benefit from the additional support.

All-on-6

A full fixed arch on six implants, for the strongest support in cases with more bone loss.

All-on-6 uses six implants to support a full fixed arch, offering the widest distribution of biting force among the All-on-X options. It's typically recommended for patients with more significant bone loss, a very strong bite, or cases where long-term stability is the priority.

  3. A temporary fixed bridge is attached the same day in most cases
  4. After healing (typically a few months), your final bridge is fitted
